Mavic Aksium Road Shoe
Mavic's Energy Comp sole quite literally forms the base of these great Aksium Road Shoes. The outsole is very light and stiff allowing for the most comfortable pedal stroke motion possible. At only 6mm thick, the sole also gives you a greater feel for the road. Anti-slip trim on the front and back of the soles give you that extra grip needed to avoid taking a tumble.
The shoe's upper is formed from a marriage of synthetic leather and mesh fabric. This combination means the Aksium Road Shoes are breathable and well-fitting. Inside the shoe, the OrthoLite insole provides pro-grade support and moisture wicking properties.
Ensuring your foot is comfortably and optimally secured in the shoe are the two Ergo ratchets which are paired to two comfort straps. The ratchet provides highly customisable fitting while the two comfort straps secure the foot in place while also alleviating pressure point discomfort.
These sleek looking shoes are adorned with reflective trim and are compatible with all the major clipless pedal systems.
