Web Fulfilment Coordinator (full-time)

Head Office - Esher, SURREY

Are you a team player looking to work within the cycling and triathlon industry? If yes, then we may have the perfect opportunity for you. Our Mail Order department is responsible for ensuring that all stock reaches our customers quickly, efficiently and in perfect condition.

What can you expect?

As a member of our mail order team, you will be responsible for the picking and packaging of all cycling and triathlon products that we stock. You will be required to work Monday to Friday during regular business hours and one Saturday per month.

What are we looking for?

An excellent team player with a flexible attitude, you should be enthusiastic and self-motivated with good accuracy and basic numeracy. Responsible and able to work on your own, some experience within a warehouse environment would be advantageous but is not necessary. You must be able to work to deadlines and under pressure, a keen eye to details when picking, experience in order picking either from a manifest or by using a scanner. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand and walk for your entire shift. Understand and differentiate between shipping methods and sort packages accordingly. Knowledge of cycling and triathlon products would be advantageous.

MARKETING ASSISTANT (FULL-TIME)

As we continue to grow we are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial marketing assistant to join our growing team.

ABOUT THE JOB

As part of a fast growing marketing team you’ll be at the forefront of helping Sigma Sport increase awareness and preference amongst the cycling and triathlon community. You’ll take responsibility for a number of key marketing channels, engaging with new and existing customers to support our continued growth. Your role will include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Digital Marketing - Support the Head of Marketing with optimisation of all digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social and display  
  • Event Management & Community Development - Build a calendar of consumer facing events/manage all logistics/ensuring each is delivered on budget  
  • Sponsorship - Point of contact for all Sigma Sport sponsored teams/athletes. Developing relationship to ensure activation goals are met 
  • PR - Handle inbound PR requests and develop relationships with press to increase Sigma Sport’s visibility across key media outlets  
  • Content - Support the Digital team with production of unique and engaging content, including photography, video and written content 
  • Reporting - Report to the Head of Marketing with key metrics and insight into performance of all the above channels  

ABOUT YOU

  • University Graduate (or equivalent experience) in Marketing or Business is a must  
  • Minimum 1 year experience in retail marketing environment  
  • Live and breathe road cycling and/or triathlon  
  • Passion and understanding of how to engage with consumers in store and online  
  • Entrepreneurial, a self starter, able to manage multiple projects at any time

EBAY LISTING SPECIALIST (FULL-TIME)

HEAD OFFICE- ESHER, SURREY

Sigma Sport has an amazing opportunity for a highly motivated individual with strong cycling and triathlon knowledge to join our head office team on a full time basis. The person will manage new and used inventory across eBay using our bespoke CMS. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of products in both cycling and triathlon areas of the industry, the ability to analyse and ascertain the condition of used gear and possess excellent customer service skills.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Managing new inventory on eBay 
  • Analyse inventory and problems and initiate a resolution 
  • Compile and send out end-of-day reports 
  • Responsible for evaluating the condition of used and returned gear for potential re-sale  
  • List used inventory on eBay 
  • Process, evaluate, photograph inventory 
  • Identifying new product opportunities on eBay 
  • Report on sales weekly to the head of the purchasing team 
  • Adjusting prices to ensure we are always market leading within guidelines set by the purchasing team 
  • Other duties as assigned 

ABOUT YOU

  • Prior experience of selling on eBay would be advantageous 
  • Verbal and written comprehension of the English language required with the ability to write and communicate product descriptions for eBay 
  • Must be able to work independently without direct supervision and organise/prioritise workload to ensure completion of all tasks within established time frames 
  • Computer skills, including strong ability with internet navigation, Gmail, Google Drive, Microsoft Office Suite and photo editing software 
  • Basic photography/ability to use a point and shoot camera 
  • Knowledge of cycling and triathlon products would be advantageous

ABOUT THE JOB

  • On a day to day basis you will be dealing with customers on the shop floor selling bikes, clothing and accessories 
  • Responsible for processing customer orders and dealing with sales enquiries via phone and email 
  • You will also be responsible for the presentation and stock replenishment of a designated area of the store 

ABOUT YOU

  • You should have excellent customer service skills, comprehensive product knowledge and good communication, you will need to be pro-active, flexible, work in an efficient manner and have good attention to detail 
  • You must be able to work as part of a team, to remain calm under pressure and have a positive outlook
