Wheels Manufacturing Replaceable Derailleur Hanger 163 fits many Cervelo and some Wilier frames (see list below). The hanger is stiffer than the original part which improves shifting, but will still break before the frame in the event of an accident in order to protect the frame. Cervelo part # DHR-R-2012.
