Trek Domane SLR 6 Road Bike 2017
Designed for lasting comfort over long and tough rides, the Trek Domane SLR 6 Road Bike 2017 combines comfort-focused geometry with some top-end components. Trek's much sought-after IsoSpeed decoupler technology graces both the front and rear of the bike. At the front, the decoupler sits just below the stem. This allows the stem to rotate individually from the fork. this increases vertical compliance and riding comfort dramatically without any effect on feel or steering efficiency.
At the rear the IsoSpeed decoupler performs much the same function; allowing the seat tube to rotate independently from the top tube to seatstay junction. This increases vertical compliance without compromising pedalling efficiency.
The Front and rear IsoSpeed is integrated into Trek's 600 Series OCLV carbon. This gives the frameset great balance and strength with an ultra-light reading on the scales. Trek's power transfer construction is designed to give you the most from every pedal stroke by optimising the joint construction at the frame's key strength points.
With regards to components, Trek have pulled out all the stops. Shimano's 11-speed Ultegra gearing provides crisp and reliable shifting and the compact crankset is ideal for grinding up tough climbs.
Trek's sister company Bontrager provide the wheelset and tyres. The tubeless-ready Bontrager Affinity Comp wheels are lightweight and resilient with a high rolling speed and sturdy braking surface.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
