Using Specialized’s E5 Premium Aluminium, the Crux E5 is stiff, lightweight and efficient over long rides. It’s built to withstand the rigours of tough terrain on the cyclocross course and even the tubing has been ergonomically designed to make shouldering the bike when running a breeze. It’s semi-compact geometry even makes getting on and off the bike easier, allows for greater handling in slippery conditions and ensures you can use your explosive acceleration as and when you need it.

The FACT carbon disc fork absorbs the bumps and vibrations of both the road and cyclocross course with ease, making for a more efficient, comfortable ride. The carbon disc fork also enhances steering capabilities for the tight corners of the course and manoeuvring through the bunch to get to the front.

Specialized have incorporated Tektro Spyre mechanical disc brakes to provide ample levels of braking power and due to their mechanical nature, they are easily maintained on the road side. Furthering this, Shimano Tiagra 10-speed ensures you have enough gearing to power up steep banking or power along the flats.

Specialized’s Axis Sport Disc wheels and Tracer Sport 700x33mm tyres offer unparalleled levels of grip in slippery conditions.
