Scott Solace 20 Road Bike 2017
The Scott Solace 20 Road Bike 2017 caters for that ambitious rider looking to push the bounds a little further by investing in their passion for endurance cycling. Boasting an HMF carbon construction for an improved level of rigidity in the lower quarters of the frame, this bike affords the rider a solid and well-designed performance carbon fibre frameset.
The basis of endurance riding being also about comfort, the Solace 20 features a bi-zonal approach to construction, offering a supremely rigid lower portion whilst the upper portions of the frame are more vertically compliant, allowing you a degree of tolerance in your feel as you ride across different terrains.
With a full Shimano 105 5800 11-speed groupset, this bike is optimally set up to promote a more cohesive drivetrain, a direct power, and a reliable set of components for that long adventure out on the road. Offering a harmonious transmission, this Solace 20 Road Bike rolls on Shimano WH RD11-A wheels, ensuring you of a bombproof construction.
Set up for the long haul by means of the comfort geometry, this bike benefits from a tapered head tube, allowing for a more connected feel in the front end of the bike and allowing for a really direct handling in the bike, a fact you'll be glad of when setting forth onto a long road.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
