Yamamoto is the main supplier of high-performance neoprene, of which the Orca Swimrun Womens Wetsuit is constructed. Specifically, the Yamamoto 39cell neoprene, which supports an uninhibited natural swimming motion, elongates to 513% of its original stretch and has a zero water absorption weight.
Not everyone wants a full sleeve wetsuit, so Orca have incorporated cutting guidelines for modifying the sleeve length for the perfect fit. Back and front zips on the suit increase the suit's versatility and speed, allowing for super quick transition phases. The wetsuit has also been coated with Super Composite Skin (SCS) that increases the speed and ease of removal in transition.
The Orca Swimrun Womens Wetsuit is also very flexible with 2mm arm and crotch panels that don’t shift away from the warmth you desire but allows for a more natural, efficient swim. 8mm front leg panels add to the buoyancy of the wetsuit, giving a straighter body position for the most natural swim. In addition to this, Exo-Cell technology provides 25% more buoyancy than rival suits in strategically placed panels.
DuraSkin anti-abrasion technology has been included in case you take a tumble when exiting the swim, ensuring your wetsuit stays intact and undamaged. Handy inner front pockets allow you to store compulsories like GPS, energy gels or a race chip band.
