Knight Composites 35 Carbon Clincher R45 Rear Wheel
The Knight Composites 35 Carbon Clincher R45 Rear Wheel features a 35mm rim, which weighs just 586 grams. The rim has been constructed using Knight's EPS moulding technology. This assembly process renders this rear wheel entirely smooth and structurally sound, without faults that can often reduce the reliability and lifespan of other wheels.
A doubled up 3mm rim brake track allows for improved heat management. This rim is compatible with tyres ranging between 25-32mm in width, as well as latex inner tubes, its heat management making it durable and more reliable than traditional options. Compatible with 10/11-speed Shimano/SRAM cassettes, the Chris King R45 Hub offers fast engagement and rotation.
With a T.E.A.M rim shaping, which is unique to Knight, modification to the trailing edge of the wheel affords the rider a far greater feel and stability than other deep rim wheelsets. Working to reduce drag, this rear wheel's 586 gram rim weight makes it an ideal choice for both flat and hilly terrain.
