Using a Niobium T10 heat-treated aluminium alloy this wheel is robust and at once fast. An external rim width of 24mm and recommended for use with 23-45mm, you are offered a broad range of tyres depending on your targeted usage. Equipped also with a 31mm deep rounded aero section, this wheelset offers up an improved rolling aero-efficiency to the rider really wanting to grind onwards with greater ease on the flat. This use of aluminium throughout meaning that net weight comes to just 1595 grams in all, this wheelset provides you with a strong yet confidence inspiring wheelset for pedalling powerhouses.
A maximum pressure of 110psi, this wheelset draws much of its strength from the heavy duty spokes used in its construction. Pillar PSRXTRA Aero J-Bend spokes providing that rigidity, a 28 front spoke count and a 32 rear spoke count assure you of top drawer strength, one that Hunt say will support a weight of 130 kilos overall, giving the bigger rider security when riding hard and fast.
Hubs using sealed cartridge bearings and a strong 6061-T6 heat treated aluminium body, you can be assured of fast engagement thanks to 3x3 pawls, clicking into place within 7.5 degrees of motion. Compatible with 9, 10 and 11 speed drivetrains and available in either Shimano or Campagnolo fits, this wheelset is ideal for the rider wanting something a little more substantial on their ride.
