The Continental GP4000S II 25mm road tyre bundle comes in a complete package with two Race 28 Inner Tubes. This legendary tyre is a popular choice with both professionals and amateurs, providing great all-round performance in all conditions, whether racing or training. Coming in a lightweight package of just 225 grams per tyre, this clincher will get you through the toughest races in the worst weather, with excellent traction and puncture resistance for confidence on technical circuits and fast descents.
The advanced Black Chili compound sets the benchmark in tyre compound technology. With a 26% reduced rolling resistance, 30% improved grip and 5% increased longevity over its predecessor, you can be sure your tyre will keep you safe and is built to last.
The Vectran breaker is constructed from a thermoplastic fabric and is claimed to be harder than aramid and five times stronger than steel. In the GP4000S II, it is placed under the tread and provides lightweight puncture protection, being extremely resistant to tearing.
Coming in a 25mm width, you get increased comfort and can reduce the air pressure without increasing the risk of pinch punctures. In addition, a 25mm width will decrease rolling resistance, ultimately resulting in increased speed.
