Castelli Tempesta Leg Warmer
The humble leg warmer has been changed for ever with the Castelli Tempesta Leg Warmer. The entire Castelli Tempesta range was designed to be the most water and wind-proof ever. This was then tested by Team Garmin-Sharp to unanimous approval.
These Tempesta Leg Warmers are designed to work with the Tempesta 3/4 Pant. As a result, the lower leg of these is made from the Reflex material to give full waterproofing - water will simply run off. Additionally, this lower portion is 360° reflective to provide all around visibility for safety in lower light. This adds to the reflective nature of the 3/4 Pant.
The intended dual use also explains why the upper section is made from Castelli's legendary Nano Flex material to give excellent water repellence should spray come up under the Tempesta pant.
As a final seal, Castelli have included a GIRO3 leg gripper. This means that when you wear them over your Tempesta Shoe Covers water continues its path running straight off you.
Ultimately then, Castelli have created the perfect leg warmer for commuting, night time riding and all round bad weather conditions.
