Cannondale Synapse Aluminium Disc 105 Womens Road Bike 2018
The Synapse Aluminium Disc 105 Womens Road Bike has been designed for the cyclist craving that one bike that is capable enough across multiple disciplines, to be their only bike.
Featuring Cannondales SmartForm alloy, weight is kept to a minimum, with stiffness maintained in key areas, for a comfortable, yet fast ride every time. The frame also utilises SAVE technology, which effectively absorbs unwanted feedback from the road before it is transferred through to the rider, resulting in increased levels of comfort. The carbon bladed fork keeps the steering precise and the weight low, whilst working alongside the SAVE technology to ensure any vibrations are eliminated before they reach the rider's wrists.
Sporting a Shimano 105 11-speed groupset, shifting is crisp, fast and reliable, making it as suited to a fast-paced race environment as it is a leisurely all-day sportive. The TRP Spyre C disc brakes ensure responsive stopping power, with the pads pushing from both sides, these brakes inspire confident descending and cornering in all conditions. Pairing the FSA 50/34t chainset with an 11-32t cassette also aids this bikes versatility. Offering a gear range wide enough to make it up the steepest of climbs and pedal back down again, this bike is ready for any route ahead.
The wheelset provides a tough, durable option, with the low profile rims performing efficiently in crosswinds, whilst the 28 spokes and sealed hub bearings offer consistent performance through all four seasons. Vittoria's Zaffiro 28mm wide tyres also help create the high levels of grip and comfort required for successful and enjoyable endurance riding.
The bike is finished with a host of Cannondale's own brand women's specific components, with the Stage Ergo saddle ensuring comfort on long days out, for efficient riding mile after mile.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
