Campagnolo Record® EPS is the second-lightest electronic groupset available on the market right after Super Record® EPS. EPS Ergopower controls represent the direct “electronic” evolution of the well-proven mechanical Ergopower. Maintaining the special features, unaltered, the operating philosophy (one lever one action), Campagnolo's trademark click feeling, Multishifting technology for the rear derailleur lever, the excellent ergonomics, the comfort of the brakes and the extreme braking efficiency. ONE LEVER ONE ACTION. The EPS system control levers are positioned and act according to the same logic as Campagnolo mechanical gear levers.

Just like the mechanical version, the levers are natural and intuitive to use. Activating the levers reproduces and follows the movement of the chain on the sprockets. For example, lever 2 of the right Ergopower, which is pressed from right to left, moves the rear derailleur and makes chain shift up by one sprocket from right to left, copying the exact movement.

In addition to the 3 classic levers, the EPS Ergopower controls are equipped with what is known as a MODE key. By pressing on it briefly you can view the battery charge level, whereas by pressing on it longer you will enter adjustment mode without ever taking your hands off the controls.

The Ultra-Shift™ shape of the levers, as with the mechanical controls allows you to act on the brakes more powerfully. When you have a high grip on the handlebars, especially, it is possible to put the brakes on with more power and faster.

Note: Due to the technical aspect of EPS, we strongly suggest that you have it fitted by our workshop. Our mechanics are fully trained in all areas including EPS. If this isn't possible then please use a registered Campagnolo EPS trained mechanic who should also fill out an online Campagnolo installation form which will record the details of the build and help with any warranty problems. Failure to comply to these conditions will void any warranty.
