Getting to grips with these could not be easier as the ergonomic design allows for three hand positions, one more than the two you normally get. The lighter and stiffer finish of the ergopower bodies improves grip, especially when combined with the vari-cushion™ natural silicone material that has different surface finishes and altered densities to mimic the hold of the first and second fingers. The channelling also means water can drain to maintain grip in all conditions.
Braking and shifting feel delightful thanks to the double curvature of the brake lever and traditional double lever of the shifter/brake. Shifting is further enhanced by the ultra-shift mechanism that permits variable amounts of upshifts, to a maximum of five, to allow you to get to your desired gear fast.
A derailleur cable barrel adjuster allows you to always ensure your shifting is crisp and precise.
