Cut through the wind and the competition with the Bontrager Aeolus 9 TLR Front Clincher Wheel 2016. This deep section rim is ideal for long time trial courses, Ironman events or fast, flat road races.
By integrating the D3 Dual Directional design profile this wheel dramatically cuts the drag on the tyre-leading and rim-leading edge, which also reduces the air turbulence through the spokes.
Alongside the D3 rim profile is the ultra-light, durable and compliant OCLV carbon construction. This strong and lightweight design means that the wheel can easily withstand the torque of a long sprint or flat out time trial effort. The rim is TLR compatible, which means you can quickly transition to tubeless tyre systems.
The hub is made by DT Swiss and the included quick release skewer ensures strong and reliable rolling. Also included are a pair of Carbon Stop Cork pads, a TLR rim strip and a valve stem. This means you will be able to get out rolling on the road in no time.
