Powerful and convenient - the Blackburn Countdown 1600 Front Light boasts both a huge light output and an easy to read backlit display. You'll be able to see exactly how many minutes of performance are left across each of the 6 light modes.
You can run the light in BLITZ mode at 1600 lumens - which will give you 1.6 hrs of ride time, or you can run in one of the more economic modes and squeeze out up to 12 hrs of performance. Asides from stunning any oncoming nocturnal critters, this unit offers a huge 131 metres of trail visibility - making it one of the best choices for night time riding. Charging the lithium-ion battery takes 4 hours on a 2amp USB port.
Constructed from aluminium and weighing 240g, this sturdy front light is hard-wearing and designed to take the beatings you'd expect of off-road use. It's waterproof to IP-67 standard and can be immersed in up to 1 metre of water. The off-road handlebar mount has also been designed for a reliable grip, meaning you can concentrate on the trail ahead.
