Used by the likes of Chris Froome and Lizzie Deignan, the Bike Box Alan Bike Transport Case (Purple) is the ultimate protective box when traveling to events with, or even storing your bike.

Manufactured in Great Britain and constructed with polyethylene, this bike box is durable, sturdy and can even be transformed into a roof box for your car.

Bike Box Alan Bike Transport Case (Purple)

When transporting your bike, don’t settle for the cardboard box it came in. Constructed in Great Britain and based on the popular SciCon Aero Tech bike transport case, the Bike Box Alan Bike Transport Case (Purple) is actually suitable for everything from mountain bikes, all the way through to integrated seatpost bikes for riders up to 6ft 3" tall.

The lockable clips keep everything locked securely in place, whilst the foam packaging and straps on the inside stop any potential scratching of the frame from the wheels.

The box is manufactured from polyethylene, a highly durable plastic that will not crack or splinter. It's commonly used in the manufacture of wheelie bins, grit bins and tubs for transporting concrete, etc. Rival manufacturers of boxes and bags use a variety of fragile plastic toggle catches and zips or straps to hold the sides together. BikeBox choose robust, serviceable steel catches.

The most vulnerable part of any transport case is usually the wheels. BikeBox use robust twin bearing rubber bound wheels which are mounted on energy absorbing rubber pads to ensure silky smooth, quiet operation. Unlike most other boxes the wheels are fixed with nuts and screws to facilitate removal in the event of damage.
