Workshop Services
You can contact us by email (workshop@sigmasport.co.uk) or by telephone on 020 8614 9777 and select option 3 from the menu.
Our workshop reception area, permanently manned by one of the team to handle small jobs and service book-ins and collections, is located directly inside the shop entrance while the main workshop facility is located on the top floor.
We have four permanent mechanics on the staff: Dan Braid, the workshop manager and his team have between them over 40 years of workshop experience.

On the day of the service we ask to have your bike in the shop no later than 11am. We will strive to get your bike serviced and finished before the end of that day (depending on availability of spares).
We would ask you to bring your bike in a relatively clean state. Extra cleaning of bikes will be charged.
You will get a phone call from the mechanic to confirm prices with you before any new parts are fitted. We ask you to leave a telephone number that you can be reached on. We will not continue with any work until we have spoken to you first.
Any worn/broken parts will be disposed of unless otherwise requested.
We would ask you to collect your bike within a week of it being serviced or repaired. We reserve the right to charge for storage if bikes are not collected within a reasonable time.

WHEEL BUILDING SERVICE
Handbuilt wheels are built for a purpose. They are built around the cyclist needs and wants and the conditions that the rider might face out on the road, pave or off-road.
George Gori is one of our professional wheel building technicians at Sigma Sport. He has over 12 years of wheel building experience and is a Cytec Level Two trained mechanic. All our handbuilt wheels are built in house at Sigma Sport. We carry a large variety of rims, hubs, spokes and nipples from all manufactures such as DT Swiss, Chris King, Carbon-Ti, ENVE and PMP to name a few, and we will happily order in preferred rims and hubs to meet any specific requirements. We can also rebuild your existing wheels. Please call or pop into the shop and we will be happy to talk through your specific requirements or guide you in choosing your next handbuilt wheelset.
Shimano Di2 Software Upgrade
We can update your current Ultegra Di2 software to the latest update and tune the system to provide new functions.
With this box of tricks we can run a full diagnostic check on your bike, we can speed up the shifting or slow it down, the choice is up to you! We can swap over the shifting buttons. We can also change the shifters over so the right-hand shifts the front derailleur etc etc... if you have a satellite shifter we can also change which derailleur it shifts and what button does what. The best feature is the multi-shift function which allows you to move the derailleur across the entirety of the cassette when you hold down the button. It makes a good groupset GREAT!
This new diagnostic will not work with the old analogue Dura-Ace 7900 system, but will work with the forthcoming Dura-Ace 9070 Di2.
The cost for this service is £20 and you will need new handlebar tape.
