With a carbon body and steel axle, the Time Xpresso 10 Pedals offer a great mid-range option that boasts many high-end features without the price tag to match. The only difference between the Time Xpresso 10 Pedals and the top-end models are the omission of ceramic bearings and titanium axles. These differences have a nominal effect on weight and the Xpresso 10 Pedals still weigh a feather-like 198g.

The combination of carbon bodies, hollow steel axles and aluminium face plates mean these pedals provide enough punch for climbing or sprinting. Time's sturdy face plate design combines with the iClic clipless cleat system to create a large surface area through which you can transfer maximum power down into the pedals.

With such lightweight pedal bodies such as these, durability can be a worry. Not with the Time Xpresso 10 Pedals though, the sturdy design has been tried and tested by several professional teams on some of the most gruelling races, including Paris-Roubaix and Leige-Bastogne-Leige.

The Time Xpresso 10 Pedals also allows for fine tuning. You can tighten and loosen the pedals with +/- 5˚ of float and the Time Xpresso 10 also have 2.5 millimetres of lateral movement for an adjustable Q-factor.
