See.Sense. ICON Light Set
Introducing the See.Sense. ICON Light Set, a bright way to ride through the dark with smart phone connectivity and high lumen outputs. Intelligent smartphone integration is not mandatory but using the free See.Sense. app allows you to take control of your light, check battery life, change from flashing to constant and customise brightness and runtime settings.
Connecting the ICON Light Set to your phone also allows you to utilise crash and theft alerts. Crash alerts notify your nominated contact by SMS if you have a crash, with the option to cancel the message if you are ok. Theft alerts let you know if someone moves or tampers with your bike while you are away from it; ideal for coffee stops.
The lights themselves are also pretty smart. The two LEDs pump out a maximum 190 lumens on the rear, and 320 lumens on the front and the Intelligent Sensing monitors your environment and adjusts your flash patterns and brightness to optimise your visibility. The ICON set can react to road conditions including car headlights and road junctions, so you remain as visible as possible.
Daylight visibility has also been taken into account as lights can also be a massive help during the day. The ICON set is bright enough to be seen in broad daylight and the water sealed construction means that rain, wind and snow is not a bother.
With 15 hours of battery life and quick USB recharging with the included cable, this light set is great for commuting as you can quickly charge it up at home or the office.
