Added to this though are the 0.3 g of electrolytes consisting of 118 mg sodium, 9.4 mg potassium, 1.5 mg magnesium. These salts improve the body's ability to absorb water, thus enabling it to maintain the critical fluid balance in the body that can be so drastically affected by exercise, especially sustained efforts.

All in all, this fantastic gel allows you to go harder for longer when used in conjunction with an appropriate fluid intake. SiS recommends the use of one of these gels, with water, alongside two SiS GO Isotonic Energy gels per sixty minutes of exercise of during warm sessions.
