The Oakley Polished Black M2 Glasses with Black Iridium Polarized Lens have the same sleek and classic wrap-around design that has been adorning the faces of your favourite pro riders going back many years. Based upon the groundbreaking, orignal M-frame, the M2 is an evolution of this timeless design, featuring interchangeable lenses, a solid and secure 3 point fit, and Oakley's superior build quality.
The Frame of the M2 is made from durable and stress-resistant O Matter material that is lightweight for all day comfort- you'll forget that you even have them on. The wrap-around contour on the M2 leads round to an earsock, made from a material that is soft and super grippy, this material will securely hold the glasses in place without the felling of pressure or irritation over long periods of time. Oakley have named this material 'Unobtainium' purely because it can't be found anywhere else other than on Oakley products. The nosebombs on the M2 are also made from Unobtainium and are interchangeable for a precision fit. The wrap-around design means that you benefit from maximum lens coverage, with the lenses fully covering your field of vision.
The Black Iridium Polarized lenses are suited to very bright light conditions, transmitting 9% of incoming light. The lens offers improved colour accuracy and the iridium coating boosts contrast and the polarizing filter eliminates glare, which is perfect for high speed sports.
The lenses also benefit from Oakley's HDO (High Definition Optics) that provide industry leading clarity and protection. With HDO optics you see things exactly as they are; your view is undistorted, unlike many other inferior lenses and the lens materials used protect your eyes from road gravel or other unexpected road debris.
The M2 lenses are fully interchangeable, allowing you to choose from the large variety of lenses offered by Oakley to match the ambient light conditions.
