New and improved for this year, the Lezyne Micro Drive 400XL/ Micro Rear Light Set 2015 has been upgraded for even better performance and safety.

These improvements are most noticeable in the front Micro Drive 400XL light, which now features "Overdrive" mode to give you a whopping 400 lumens of output. This is combined with the Side Visibility construction that provides 180 degrees of visibility to keep you safer from more angles.

All of this power is housed within the lightweight and robust machined aluminium body, which is even able to keep the light waterproof to FL1 standard. The superb output is also protected from dimming thanks to the "constant lumens" technology.

The Micro Drive Rear is the perfect companion to this, with its impressive 70 lumen output. This light features all of the above technologies for safety. It has clearly been well thought through though, as the mount is designed to be angled up so that even when mounted on typically sloping seatposts the light beam is directed straight back.

The mounts provide additional selling points for this set, as they feature a multi-position silicon rubber strap with Composite Matrix mount. The strap allows the lights to be fitted to most diameters of handlebars, or seatposts, without the need for tools. Additionally, the mount allows you to simply snap in or out your light, whilst maintaining a superbly secure hold during rides. All of this allows you to easily take your lights or mounts with you to prevent theft.

Furthermore, for this year the USB recharge-ability has been made even easier as the USB stick is integrated into the light. This means you will never have to remember a cable to charge your lights as they can be plugged directly in.
