Fizik Cyrano R1 Bull Carbon Handlebar
Only marginally heavier than its 00 bigger brother, the Fizik Cyrano R1 Bull Carbon Handlebar is designed for those who appreciate a more relaxed handlebar position. Sitting second in Fizik's road bar range, the R1 is made from uni-directional (UD) carbon fibre. Fizik, working with three riders from UCI World Tour Teams, have developed their Spine Concept system. This is the company's means of determining, based on your flexibility and ride style, which handlebar and saddle shape is most suitable for you.
The Bull is for those who have reduced spinal flexibility. The dimensions reflect this, with a shallow 130 millimetre drop and a short 80 millimetre reach. This allows the rider to sit more upright on the bike and does not compromise pedalling efficiency or comfort.
Ready to mount to a range of stems, the handlebar features a 31.8 millimetre clamp diameter. A lightweight addition to any road bike, the Cyrano R1 Bull Carbon Handlebar weighs a tad over 200 grams, in its 42 centimetre version.
Part of Fizik's Cyrano range, the handlebar has clear markers to help position the gear levers, as well as markers to show where to stop wrapping the bar tape.
