Fabric ALM Shallow Ultimate Saddle

Pushing the boundaries in saddle design, the Fabric ALM Shallow Ultimate Saddle leads the way when it comes to high performance saddles. Designed in collaboration with Airbus Group Innovation, offering a fresh approach to saddle design. ALM stands for Additive Layer Manufacturing, a technology that results in an extremely lightweight and organic carbon fibre saddle.

Unlike the ALM Shallow Buffalo LTD Saddle, the Ultimate uses lightweight PU foam padding for added comfort and support. Carbon is abundant on this saddle and the leaf-like flexible carbon shell, along with the padding, dampens vibrations and supports the rider, whatever the terrain. This inbuilt suspension system has been achieved by moving the rear mounting points futher back, allowing more flexibility in the centre section.

The Shallow profile offers the perfect balance for those riders who appreciate comfort yet also like an aggressive position on the bike. Out of this world, the aerospace grade UD carbon fibre base is both lightweight and strong.

Fabric's simple design process eliminates the need for excessive material and staples and instead bonds the cover and base together. This process improves comfort, durability and reduces weight.

The strong, lightweight carbon fibre rail is oval, measures 7x9 millimetres and fits a wide range of seat posts.

One of the lightest saddles on the market, weighing 140 grams. The ALM Shallow Ultimate Saddle is available in a wide range of colours, all with distinctive Fabric graphics.
