Crobar Energy Bar Box of 20 x 30g Bars
Staying fuelled is an essential part of any athlete's exercise plan so why not eat something tasty, 100% natural and sustainable. The Crobar Energy Bar Box ticks all of these boxes with ingredients that include berries, nuts and seeds as well as sustainably sourced cricket flour, making it the perfect choice for any athlete looking for a fresh alternative to traditional energy bars.
The Crobar Energy Bar uses cricket flour for a sustainable and efficient means of getting protein as well as several other essential vitamins and minerals including iron and vitamin B12. Cricket protein also contains all the same essential amino acids that are found in animal protein but with half the amount of fat.
These bars are not just made of crickets though. In fact, cricket flour only makes up 6% of the bars' composition. Ingredients like coffee and vanilla act to provide a source of energy while other natural ingredients like nuts, dates, sultanas and chia seeds help to make these bars a scrumptious pre, during or post-exercise snack.
