The new Capo Padrone HiVis Soft Shell Jacket relies on the same proven fit and detailing as the original Padrone collection, but with the addition of the latest in reflective fabric technology.

The Padrone HiVis Jacket is the ideal riding jacket whenever you ride, as its protective panelling was made to remain subtle during the daylight hours, yet become fully illuminated when light hits the surface introducing the next generation in high-end, safety-minded riding apparel.

The HiVis jacket falls under what Capo calls its Gruppo Sportivo, or GS Series of apparel. Designed to "push-the-envelope" of cycling apparel, the GS series received Capo's most advanced materials and construction techniques checking all of the boxes on your list in terms of support, flexibility, warmth, and also visibility.

Constructed from a blend of Capo's latest fabrics Capo have applied its new Super Black® and P-10® Membranes to the jersey both of which are ultra-reflective materials contributing to the jersey's visible properties, and engineered to provide the same controlled stretch, wind- and water repellency, and wicking abilities as the original Padrone. Crushed crystals have been bonded to the membranes' surfaces, which effectively reflect light when it hits the surface. This panelling is what gives the new Padrone its high level of visibility.

Both of these materials' compositions favour a lightweight, soft shell design over bulky, fleecy fabrics. Match that with a slim cut from hem to hem, and there's not a chance that rain or snow is getting in.

Additionally, the P-10® panels are lightly perforated, which keeps air freely circulating through the jacket. This ventilation system ensures you stay comfortable in the saddle, regardless of your effort levels.

In addition to protecting from the elements, the Padrone HiVis Soft Shell Jacket has been designed to be highly malleable in order to complement the cycling-specific flexibility of the GS series. Capo have designed the Padrone HiVis Soft Shell Jacket with a lengthened rear hem, a multiple panel construction, and pre-shaped sleeves. The idea being to complement the body in motion, and by doing so, reduce any possibility of abrasion along the way.

The jacket has been finished off with a tall collar and full-length front zipper, as well as three pockets along the lower rear panel. A fourth zippered pocket has also been added for separating your phone and media devices from the rest of your riding essentials.
