The Cannondale CAAD12 Black Inc Road Frameset 2017 is a high-quality aluminium frameset that provides the responsive, agile feel of aluminium and Cannondale's expertise in aluminium construction allow you to benefit from one of the most proven geometries around.
Making use of a 6069 SmartFormed alloy and constructed using double-pass welds for extra smooth joining and extra strength in critical junctures. Heat treated after welding for maximised strength, this frame is constructed to provide a secure and reliable ride.
Making use of a BB30a bottom bracket and ready for use with Di2, perhaps the most intriguing innovation of this frameset is probably the SPEED SAVE engineering. Covering a blanket approach to optimising the frameset for road riding and, particularly, road racing, this frame is created with a mind to improving torsional rigidity whilst improving rolling speeds. This results in better acceleration and improved cornering speed, whilst power transfer remains unaffected.
