Bontrager Aeolus 5 TLR Front Clincher Wheel 2016
With an aero and versatile 50 millimetre profile, the Bontrager Aeolus 5 TLR Front Clincher Wheel 2016 is a race-bread carbon fibre wheel. What this do-it-all rim profile also possesses is a D3 Dual Directional Design. This ingenious profile cuts drag dramatically over the tyre-leading and rim-leading edges as well as reducing turbulence over the centre of the wheel.
The Aeolus 5's buttressed carbon braking surface works superbly with the included Carbon Stop Cork pads to provide great stopping power is good and bad weather conditions.
Bontrager's ultra-light, stiff and strong OCLV carbon fibre is durable and more than ready to withstand the torque you put through the wheel. The TLR rim system means that this wheel is ready for a quick transition to a tubeless setup and the included TLR rim strip and TLR valve stem means that converting is a quick and easy process.
The strong and stiff hub combines with stacked lacing to provide better rigidity and strength and the included quick release skewer means you will be ready to ride straight out of the box.
Available in a stealthy black colour scheme, this wheel looks superb as part of any elite road machine.
