These extreme weather pants feature five pattern pieces, three different textiles and nine components, all combining together to create a barrier more than capable of dealing with the absolute worst of the winter weather.
Designed to be worn over your bib shorts or tights, the Assos hL sturmNuss Rain Pants have side panels made from Triton 0017 fabric. This four-way stretch material ensures that the pants follow your pedalling stroke exactly. The interface with saddle is also reinforced for ergonomic comfort and the superior impermeability to vapour-permeability ratio means that you will not overheat.
Assos' Triton family of materials offer a flexible membrane barrier that prevents the wind, rain or road spray from getting in while also allowing your skin to breath. As the temperature inside the garment rises, the membrane’s pores open to allow accelerated vapour transfer.
