Customers ordering from outside the EU are able to purchase goods free of tax. We are able to send anything from a pair of gloves through to a complete bicycle virtually anywhere in the world. We ship our worldwide orders using Royal Mail, Interlink, TNT, FED EX or UPS to offer a rapid, secure service. Delivery times vary depending on destination but most orders arrive within ten days.
Please note that all credit cards will be charged in Sterling and this will be converted to your local currency by your credit card provider.
All UK orders carry a shipping charge of £2.50 regardless of the size or weight of your order. You can upgrade your order to next working day delivery for a flat fee of £7.99. PLEASE NOTE: Orders must be placed by 1pm for this upgrade to be available. ALL 24 HOUR SHIPMENTS WILL REQUIRE SOMEONE TO BE PRESENT TO PROVIDE A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY.
All International orders weighing under 2Kg are shipped using Royal Mail. You will be given the option to upgrade your shipping to an International Express Courier service at an additional cost dependant on the size and weight of your order. All orders over 2Kg are shipped using an International Express Courier. Bike frames and wheels and other bulky items will often appear to weigh far more than expected because these packages are charged at volumetric rates - ie you pay for how big the box is and not how much it weighs. The table below gives examples of typical shipping prices for various consignment weights and types, to see an accurate shipping charge you need to load your basket and perform the checkout process - the final shipping charge will be shown at the stage BEFORE you commit the payment.
Some items are not able to be shipped to certain areas; pressurised containers and liquids cannot generally be shipped to overseas destinations.
Some manufacturers also impose specific requirements: Trek bicycles cannot be shipped to customers but must be collected from our shop. Specialized bicycles cannot be shipped outside the UK.
All transactions made on www.sigmasport.co.uk are made on our secure server. This is housed at our hosting company's offices behind a firewall for both electronic and physical security. All traffic to and from you (the user) is encrypted and is extremely unlikely to be decrypted by a third party. When operating in a secure mode, a browser will display the URL (web address) beginning "https" (the "s" stands for secure) rather than the standard "http" as well as showing some form of security symbol such as a padlock.

Whilst prices and specifications have been checked, no responsibility can be taken for errors or omissions. Sigma Sport Ltd reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without further notice.
If at the time of ordering any items are out of stock we will advise you, via email or telephone of any shortfall and provide a revised despatch date. We will despatch the in-stock items by the next working day at the latest.
Please contact us if you would like to return any unwanted or unsuitable products. We will provide an exchange or refund, whichever you prefer. Items should be returned, preferably with the original packaging, within 30 days. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage costs, no postage costs are refundable. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which came into force on 31 October 2000 provide statutory backing for the good business practices which Sigma Sport already observe. The regulations allow a consumer to return any products (except custom orders) ordered by mail / phone / fax or internet from Sigma Sport Ltd within seven working days (starting the day after delivery) for a full refund.
We guarantee every product we sell. If you have a problem we will do our best to sort it out. Most items carry a one year warranty and certain items come with more, so check the literature supplied to see what terms apply. We will generally replace defective merchandise within the first 30 days and repair or replace at our discretion after then. Some manufacturers ask that you deal direct with them for warranty issues so it is important that you contact us prior to returning any products. You will be responsible for the return postage costs.
