Custom Bike Fitting (BG Fit)

A BG F.I.T. session can help all types of cyclists ride longer, faster and in greater comfort. Through subtle adjustments to your bicycle and your body alignment our in-house BG F.I.T expert(s) can help you find the optimum setting to achieve the best possible performance on your bike. We are also the first store in the country to have the new BG Data FIT installed and our experts are ready to help you fit your bike with this new powerful tool.

Each Concept Store has dedicated and authorised BG fitters. Together with their experience they also undergo continual training and testing to offer this professional service.

Staying in touch with all types of riders has always been a high priority for us. Hearing feedback directly from you the customer helps us understand your needs. The various events we attend and organise provide the perfect platform so we can hear from you. These events also give you the perfect opportunity to ask us questions and at many events try out the bikes over the terrain they were designed for.

Lifetime Warranty

We pride ourselves on having one of the best development teams and have no problem offering you a limited lifetime warranty on all new Specialized frames. This is testament to how confident we are in our frames; we know that a Specialized will give you years and years of enjoyment and reliability. This is subject to terms and conditions.

Suspension Warranty

On any Specialized manufactured suspension shock or fork we offer a 5 year warranty, non Specialized shocks or forks are covered by a 2 year warranty. Again this is testament to the build quality of every part of a Specialized bicycle.

Helmet Warranty

A helmet provides protection for one of the more vulnerable and more important parts of your body, your head. If you are unlucky enough to have an accident after purchasing a Specialized helmet, we offer a replacement at a fraction of the cost of a new model. We would rather see you protected than wearing a damaged and less effective helmet.

Suspension Specialist

Over time bicycles have evolved into highly technical and innovative machines with parts such as suspension which require specialist after sale service. Previously restricted to shock manufacturers the specialist suspension services is now also available at Specialized Concept Stores.

Specialist Service

To keep your bike in tip-top condition for maximum enjoyment and longevity, we recommend regular servicing. Like many things investing in a service at regular intervals helps prolong your bicycle’s life and keeps it running smoothly.

3 Months Free Servicing

An added benefit of purchasing from a Concept store is the free 3 months service on any new purchase you make from us. With any new bike there is a bedding in period when your new parts settle into position. It is therefore important to have your bike adjusted and the parts checked as part of the free service.

Demo Bikes Available

We offer a ‘try before you buy’ demo service on selected Specialized bikes. We will still guide you through the technically advanced product range and offer advice, but taking a bike for a test ride gives you peace of mind that you are choosing the correct bike. It can also help you decide between different bicycle families.

When we say demo, we are not talking about a quick test ride around the block wearing your trainers. We have a dedicated test fleet of bikes in select models, these are available to book and take on a proper test ride over the terrain you will ultimately be riding.
